We compact the mixture to precise specifications under controlled pressure, the combined metal powders are fed into dies and compressed with mechanical or hydraulic pressures to compact the powder into a stable unit of size, shape, and density required.

Sintering the compacted metal powders in high temperature furnaces bond the particles together and create the desired properties of the finished product.
